Case Management (Tier 3)
We provide one-on-one academic and social-emotional support to 100 students every school year in all three grade levels (6th, 7th, & 8th grade).
To ensure academic success, our team is dedicated to bringing support to students demonstrating Early Warning Indicators (EWI):
1. Attendance: At or below 90%
2. Behavior: More than 2 U’s in cooperation
3. Coursework: D or F in any class
