Don’t forget to bring in proof of Tdap & MMR/MMR-V vaccinations.

 

LAUSD staff will be contacting parents of students who are missing vaccination(s).

Tdap and MMR Vaccines

 

The Tdap vaccine helps protect against 3 bacterial diseases: Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough)

 

The MMR vaccine protects against 3 viruses: Measles, Mumps & Rubella

-The MMR-V vaccine provides added protection against the Varicella virus (chicken pox)
